This page contains proof of ownership for all original photographs currently being used without authorization on the Thawat Boutique Villa listing on Booking.com.

Details of Infringement:

• I, along with my husband, was contracted by the property owner, Mr. Thawat, to take professional photographs of all rooms and units at the resort to update the Booking.com listing and other platforms.
• The commercial agreement clearly stipulated that the license for the resort to use these photographs was contingent upon payment for services rendered and/or commissions earned.
• The owner has failed to provide payment and refuses to pay for the services, which constitutes a material breach of our agreement.
• As a result of this non-payment and breach, the commercial license for the resort to use these photographs is revoked, null, and void.
• I have formally notified Mr. Thawat that he is no longer authorized to use the images, yet they remain live on the Booking.com listing, resulting in unauthorized use and direct copyright infringement.
